Crab Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
2 cans cream of shrimp soup (Campbell's)
2 (6 to 7 oz.) cans crab meat
2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1 medium onion, chopped
salt
pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced thin (hamburger style)
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or per package directions.
Drain and cover with cold water.
Heat soup and crab together, mixing thoroughly.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
Drain noodles.
