Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. navy pea beans
    1/4 lb. salt pork, cut up small
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sugar (brown or granulated)
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse and sort beans.
    Soak overnight.
    Drain and put in large pot with water to cover.
    Add chopped onion and salt pork.
    Boil until tender, adding water as needed.
    When cooked, but not mushy, place in greased casserole.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
