Baked Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. wedge or wheel Brie with rind
Preparation

Saute almonds and garlic in butter until golden brown; place Brie in baking/serving dish; top with almond mixture.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with crackers or slices of French bread.
Makes 2 to 4 appetizer servings.
