Polenta In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
    9 c. boiling water
    3 c. cornmeal (preferably water ground)
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease sides of crock-pot set on high.
    Add ingredients and stir well.
    Cover and cook on high, 2 to 3 hours or on low for 6 to 9 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Before serving, you can add chunks of Mozzarella cheese and allow to melt.
    (Serve with spaghetti sauce or stew.)
    Serves 8 to 12.
    (You can also add 2 mashed baking potatoes to mixture.)
