Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Shape dough into balls and roll in 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until set.
    Remove immediately from a cookie sheet.
