Zucchini Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick coating at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
