Creamy Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2/3 c. light cream or milk
    1/4 c. (1/4 stick) margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a large bowl with wire whip until foamy.
    Beat in the cream or milk until smooth.
    Heat the margarine in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
    Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring often, for 15 minutes or until eggs are creamy and set.
    Serve immediately.
    Make for New Years parties.
