Simple Skillet Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 salmon steaks (1/2 lb. each)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. minced green onions (with tops)
    1 minced garlic clove (medium)
    1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
    1/2 c. orange juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak in half lengthwise.
    Cut away from bone and skin. Curl each strip of fish into a circle; fasten with 2 toothpicks. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add fish.
    Saute onion, garlic and ginger 2 minutes.
    Turn fish over.
    Add juice and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove fish to plate.
    Season to taste.
    Cover with sauce from pan.
