Zucchini Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. and 1 qt. sugar
    2 1/2 qt. oil
    1/4 c. vanilla
    1 1/4 gal. grated zucchini
    2 gal. flour
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 c. soda
    1/2 c. baking powder
    30 eggs or 6 c. frozen eggs
    1/2 c. cinnamon
    2 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 qt. walnuts
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together in order given.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven (convection) for 25 minutes for muffins and 1 hour for loaves of bread.
