Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook chopped cabbage until tender; drain.
    Pour into casserole dish; saute pepper, onion and pimento in margarine.
    Add mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese; cook on low until cheese melts.
    Add dill seed.
    Pour over cabbage and top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until bubbly.
