Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 head lettuce
    2 tomatoes, cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    cheese, shredded
    1 bag corn chips
    1 big bottle mild taco sauce
    1 pkg. taco powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Put taco sauce, taco powder and 1 cup water into browned beef; cook on low for 10 minutes.
    Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
    Add chips.
    Pour hot beef over mixture and stir.
