Polish Sausage Casserole(Kielbasa) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Polish sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 lb. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook flour and milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Layer alternately the potatoes, onion and cabbage in a casserole dish.
Add sauce, 1/3 after each 3 ingredients layered.
Cover with foil, plastic or glass.
Cook in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or in microwave for 35 minutes on Medium-high.
If using microwave, only add 1 1/2 cups of milk to sauce to cut out any boilover.
