Spinach Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 dashes hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook spinach 5 minutes and drain well.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
