Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. macaroni
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 large cucumber, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
    Combine macaroni, seasonings and veggies.
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Combine vinegar and egg; stir into butter and flour mixture.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Let cool.
    Blend cooked mixture with mayonnaise.
    Toss with macaroni and veggies. Chill.
