Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eye of round (approximately 2 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 tsp. dry basil
    1 tsp. dry rosemary
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides, approximately 25 minutes.
    Add onion; cook until transparent.
    Add remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.
    Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Combine flour and water; add to liquid.
    Cook and stir until thick.
