Homemade Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil or dill
Preparation
    Combine water, dry mustard and turmeric.
    In saucepan, combine vinegar, 1/2 cup water, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Blend mustard mixture into vinegar mixture. Add oil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add herbs.
