Hot Supper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    4 cloves minced garlic
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. lime juice and 1 Tbsp. soy
    4 tsp. fresh shredded ginger
    2 c. romaine lettuce
    2 c. spinach fresh leaves
    1 tomato, cut in thin wedges
    1/4 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
    4 chopped green onions
    4 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
    wonton skins and oil
Preparation
    Brown meat with garlic; drain.
    Add picante sauce, lime juice, soy and ginger.
    Cook and stir 5 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly.
    Arrange shredded lettuce and spinach on 4 plates. Spoon hot meat mixture over green.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and sprinkle peanuts, green onions and cilantro on top.
    Serve immediately.
    Serve with extra picante sauce and fried wonton chips.
