Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium green peppers
    3/4 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds from pepper.
    In a large kettle, bring water to boil.
    Cook peppers 5 minutes, remove and drain.
    Cook rice according to package.
    In a skillet, brown beef and onions, drain and add tomato sauce, herbs, bouillon, salt and pepper.
    Stir in rice.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
