Sauteed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. raw peeled, deveined shrimp
6 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. lemon zest
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet and add shrimp, garlic and lemon zest. Cook several minutes or until shrimp just turns pink.
Add all other ingredients and toss together.
Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice.
