Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted oleo
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 medium chopped onion (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots (optional)
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken and when tender, remove from bones.
    Place chicken in an extra deep casserole (makes a lot!).
    Add the chopped, hard-boiled eggs on top of the chicken.
    Add the chicken and celery soups, mixed with the 2 cups of chicken broth.
