Minute Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Minute rice (to serve 4, follow directions on box)
    1/2 can V-8 juice (32 oz.)
    1 garlic clove
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, fried
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Boil water and put in rice; let it cook about 5 minutes.
    Put in the tomato sauce and 1/2 can V-8 juice; put in chopped garlic and onion and simmer.
    While it simmers, put in already cooked ground beef.
    Let simmer for about 5 minutes or until done.
