Blackberry Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. blackberries
Preparation

Add oats to boiling water.
Set aside.
Cream butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla, then add flour and cinnamon.
Add oats.
Fold in blackberries.
Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar after cools.
