Mexicali Hot Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) jar medium salsa
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    shredded lettuce
    tomato wedges
    sour cream
    shredded cheese
    pitted olives
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown beef, pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    Add salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon cube.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, olives and chips.
