Zucchini Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (8 1/4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into loaf pans that are greased and dusted with flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
