Fruited Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 large apple, cored and coarsely chopped
    cooked rice
    sliced green onions
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce and vinegar; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chops are tender.
