Fast Method Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    4 stalks celery
    3 small gherkin sweet pickles
    salt
    pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. pickle juice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake 6 large potatoes in microwave until done.
    Peel and chop potatoes, adding two chopped hard-boiled eggs.
    Chop onion and celery and add potatoes.
    Blend in mayonnaise; mix well.
    Stir in pickles and pickle juice.
    If you like warm potato salad, mix together while potatoes are still warm and serve immediately or refrigerate if desired.
