Oriental Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger or chicken (boneless)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. instant rice
1 large bag stir-fry vegetables (frozen)
2 c. hot water
2 cubes bouillon (beef or chicken)
Preparation

Brown beef or cook chicken and mix with soy sauce.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
Mix this with meat.
Stir in soup.
Add vegetables and rice.
Mix well.
Can mix this in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Take out of oven and serve.
