Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork loin chops
    2 green peppers
    2 large onions
    2 cans tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in electric skillet on both sides (10 to 15 minutes).
    Salt and pepper. Place 1 slice of onion (medium thickness) and 1 slice of green pepper ring on each chop. Cover all with undiluted tomato soup. Simmer at 250\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
