Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk, scalded
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs; stir in sugar.
Cook mixture, stirring constantly. When cool, add lemon.
Pour into pastry lined pan.
Bake 10 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
Bake until knife inserted comes out clean.
