Chicken Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs
    1 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces, washed and patted dry
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Place crumbs in shallow dish or pan.
    Combine tomato sauce, garlic salt, basil and oregano.
    Dip chicken pieces into tomato sauce mixture, then roll in crumbs.
    Place chicken pieces, meaty side up, in shallow pan coated with cooking spray.
    Do not crowd. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
    Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking. Makes 8 servings.
