Creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu For One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless chicken breast half (skinless), pounded
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of nutmeg
    3/4 c. boiling water
    hot cooked noodles
    1 slice Swiss cheese
    1 slice cooked ham
    1 envelope cream of mushroom Cup-a-Soup
Preparation
    Top chicken with cheese and ham.
    Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
    In small skillet, melt margarine and brown chicken. Add nutmeg and the soup mix that has been blended with the boiling water.
    Simmer, covered, basting now and then for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over hot noodles.
