Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    12 oz. sour cream
    2 (13 oz.) cans Eagle Brand milk
    2 qt. whole milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in 4-quart freezer.
    Can become banana ice cream by substituting 5 to 6 ripe bananas for the peaches. Decrease sugar when using bananas or other sweet fruits.
