Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. cold butter
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 1/2 c. sliced rhubarb
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. quick tapioca
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 c. halved strawberries
    2 Tbsp. Kirsch or cherry flavoring
Preparation
    Combine rhubarb, 2/3 cup sugar, tapioca and lemon juice in medium size saucepan.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; simmer while stirring for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add strawberries and Kirsch.
    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Mix dough and gently spread over hot filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is golden 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 1/2 hour and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
