Colorado Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 c. sliced, peeled fresh peaches (or 2 large cans)
Preparation

In bowl, combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg.
Add peaches; stir to coat.
Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking pan. Spoon topping over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream if desired.
8-10 servings.
