Crock-Pot Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lean rump or sirloin tip beef roast
    handful fresh baby carrots
    2 cans beef consomme
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 turnips, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Put vegetables in crock-pot.
    Place roast on top and add consomme.
    Cover and turn pot onto low before you leave for work. Add a little bit of cornstarch into broth and gravy is ready.
