Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops (3 to 5 oz. each; 2 per person)
    Nature's Seasons (an herb and blend) to taste
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Season chops lightly with Nature's Seasons.
