Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean or extra lean ground beef
    5 rounded tsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt (can be purchased at Southern States)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. hickory smoked salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix each day for 3 days.
    Keep refrigerated and covered.
    On the 4th day form into 5 rolls.
    (Put mixture on counter and roll to form sticks.) When rolls have been formed, put on top of broiler pan so grease will drop into pan. Bake at 140\u00b0 for 8 hours and turn every 2 hours (very important!).
