Cake Pan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in finger strips; add salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle cheese and onion soup mix, etc.
    Cover with foil in an 8 1/2-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
