Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. walnuts
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix and set aside carrots, crushed pineapple and walnuts. Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease and flour large pan 13 x 9 x 3-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
