Strawberry-Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh, trimmed spinach, torn
    2 c. strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    Combine sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl.
    Beat with a wire whisk until sugar dissolves.
    Add oil, one tablespoon at a time, beating until dressing is thick and creamy.
    Cover and chill.
    Combine spinach and strawberries in a bowl; add dressing and toss.
