Meat Patties With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 1/2 slices bread, moistened with milk to yield 1/3 c.
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt, pepper and dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 round onion, chopped
    1/4 c. carrots, shredded
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, carrots and bread.
    Mix well and form into patties.
    Brown both sides of patties.
    Pour the soup and water mixture over the patties.
    Bring to a boil, then let simmer for half an hour or so.
    Serve the patties with zucchini and corn Niblets.
