Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dried apricots, ground
2 c. shredded coconut
2/3 c. condensed milk
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix ground apricots and coconut.
Add milk and blend well. Shape into small (1-inch) balls and roll in the confectioners sugar.
Let dry until firm.
Store in airtight container with extra confectioners sugar to coat.
Double batch will use 1 1/3 cups milk, which equals 1 (14 ounce) can.
