Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook until transparent.
    Drain off fat.
    Add soup, water and Minute rice. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
