Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage, browned or ham, cubed or bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 deep dish pie shell
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat of choice, vegetables, flour and cheeses.
    Mix well and spread in unbaked pie shell.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour in shell.
    Place on baking sheet and cook 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0, until filling is set firmly.
    Recipe can easily be doubled for 2 pie shells.
