One Pan Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 (1-inch) pork chops
    3 or 4 small red potatoes
    4 julienne carrots
    1 can chicken broth
    1 large sliced onion
    dash of parsley
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in margarine in a large frying pan. Slice potatoes into thin slices.
    Slightly drain pork chops and add vegetables in this order:
    carrots, onion and then potato slices. Add chicken broth and spices.
    Cover and simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
