Mom'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. crushed chicken bouillon
    Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion with chicken bouillon until tender. When squash is done add cheese; stir until melted.
    Then add butter/margarine.
    Let melt.
    Grease a large casserole dish.
    Pour squash mixture in dish.
    Top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until stuffing browns.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
