Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. zucchini, sliced and peeled
    2 medium onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in large pot of water until tender (about 10 minutes), covered.
    Meanwhile, mix together in a bowl the chicken soup, carrots and sour cream.
    Drain zucchini and onion and return to pot.
    Add soup mixture and mix well.
