Arroz El Pan Con Camarones(A Spanish Dish - Rice In Pastry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow saffron rice
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 large red pepper
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry shells (Pepperidge Farms)
    canola oil
Preparation
    To Bake Shells:
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place frozen shells on baking sheet.
    Bake until crisp, golden brown and puffed.
    Remove top and soft pastry underneath.
    Reserve top for garnish.
