Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. rolled oats
1 1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. almond flavor
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. cream
red food coloring
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add extract.
Add flour and mix; add rolled oats.
Using 1 teaspoon, shape into oblong 2 1/2-inches long (finger shaped) cookies.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
