Carol'S Famous Veggie Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 large Walla-Walla onions
    garlic
    2 potatoes
    4 carrots
    chicken bouillon
    curry, Tabasco, etc.
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. nonfat milk
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a very
    large
    copper-bottom
    frying pan, heat olive oil. Toss in
    sliced
    onions
    and
    chopped garlic.
    We like a lot! Slice potatoes
    and grate carrots and add.\tAccording to taste, add chicken
    bouillon,
    Tabasco, curry, or whatever you want it to taste like.
    Cook slowly until vegetables are soft, but not mush. A
    little
    more
    than
    \"al\tdente\".
    Put in pie crust.
    Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese over veggies.
    Beat together eggs (1
    per person),
    \"light\"\tcream cheese and add milk to cover mixture
    in pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.\tTop is fluffy and golden brown.
